• 6 to 8 years

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) preferred.

• Minimum CGPA Requirements: SSC & HSC- at least 4.50 out of 5.00 and Bachelor’s & Master’s- at least 2.5 out of 4.00

• JAIBB and AIBB certification preferred

• 6 to 8 years

• Age At most 38 years

• Experience in banking operations, microfinance, or large-scale humanitarian cash distribution projects will be preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required for data tracking and reporting.

• Must be willing to be stationed in Cox’s Bazar.

• Strong leadership qualities, integrity, and the ability to work under pressure will be given preference.

Shimanto Bank PLC. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Supervisor (Cash Disbursement) for a project based in Cox’s Bazar.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cash disbursement project at the field level in Cox’s Bazar.

• Ensure accurate distribution of cash and maintain meticulous records of all transactions.

• Liaise with the Cox’s Bazar Branch Manager and Head Office to provide real-time updates and progress reports.

• Implement & coordinate security measures during transit and disbursement to mitigate any operational risks.

• Prepare detailed daily reconciliation reports.
