Education:
- Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a UGC-approved university.
No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.
Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB)

Responsibilities & Context:
Lead recovery efforts for classified and written-off loan accounts to maximize recovery and reduce non-performing loans (NPLs).
Develop and execute account-specific recovery strategies through borrower negotiations, site visits, and legal/non-legal recovery actions.
Prepare and process recovery proposals, including rescheduling, restructuring, compromise settlements, and write-offs in compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
Coordinate with branches, legal teams, and external counsel to manage recovery-related litigation, expedite case resolution, and facilitate recovery through asset realization and settlements.
Monitor recovery performance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and prepare MIS, management reports, and presentations on recovery progress.
