Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline from a UGC-approved university.

• No third division/class or equivalent CGPA is allowed at any stage of the academic career.    

• Preferably completed Banking Diploma courses (JAIBB & AIBB)

• At least 5 years

• Age At least 24 years

• Lead the merchant acquisition strategy for POS and QR Code payment solutions to drive business growth.

• Supervise and guide the team in developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective merchants.

• Ensure successful onboarding of merchants under EMI and Discount Partner programs in line with business targets.

• Oversee the signing of POS and QR Code agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor ATM booth operations and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely maintenance and uninterrupted service.

• Conduct regular field visits with the team to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market presence.

• Track team performance and ensure achievement of assigned acquisition and revenue targets.

• Prepare, review, and present periodic reports on merchant acquisition, service delivery, and business growth.

• Ensure proper documentation and maintain high standards of operational accuracy and compliance.
