∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 7 years experience in the Recovery/Collection Department, Special Asset Management (SAM) and NPL management of any Bank/FI is required.
∎ In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh Bank regulations and guidelines on classified loans and provisioning.
∎ Proven track record of managing NPL and recovering written-off loans in a financial institution.
∎ Candidates must have good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills & willingness to accept challenges.
∎ Candidates must be self-motivated & proactive and have ability to work hard and should have leadership skill.
