• Bachelor of Law (LLB)

• Age At most 35 years

• Candidates must have sound knowledge in the areas of Negotiable Instrument Act, Artha Rin Adalat Ain, land / property & property transfer laws etc.

• Candidates must have 3 years practical working experience in the relevant field including court procedures preferably with any reputed law firm and/or Bank/Financial Institution.

• Candidates should be dynamic, self-motivated with strong interpersonal & communication skills and good command over English.

• Assist in taking proper steps to file suits against defaulters.

• Represent DBH at criminal / civil court & ensure that the suits are progressing swiftly.

• Maintain liaison with Company's external lawyers at court & firm.

• Perform any other function within the legal framework.

• The selected candidate will be offered an attractive remuneration package with a rapid career growth path. Candidates found exceptionally suitable with a good number of working years’ experience in the relevant field may be offered to Senior Officer position.
