∎ Diagnostic Skill: Have the knowledge and ability of understanding the process involved and scientifically analyzing problems and opportunities toward solution
∎ Communication Skill: Have ability in oral and written communication ( both in Bangla & English) with colleagues, peers, clients, and others both within and outside the organization.
∎ Leadership Skill: Have managerial skill to negotiate with clients, peers and others.
∎ Computer Skill: Must have the basic knowledge of Computer, especially, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, and other software packages.
∎ Interpersonal Skill: Must have sincerity and devotion to work in team spirit with integrity and readiness to work under pressure to cope up with the job nature.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The incumbent shall be placed in the Head Office Claims Department to carry out the day to day works of the department, like registering claim intimation in the claims software module (CIIS), process the Claim files, generate Note Sheet for Approval, prepare different statements and other filing documents.
