Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Appropriate identification of risk;
∎ Need-based interaction with the various governance groups;
∎ Significant financial, managerial and operational information in accurate, reliable and timely manner;
∎ Employees' actions in compliance with policies, standards, procedures, laws and regulations;
∎ Use of acquired resources economically, efficiently and adequately;
∎ Achievement of programs, plans and objectives;
∎ Fostering the quality and continuous improvement in the control process;
∎ Appropriate recognition and addressing of legislative and regulatory issues impacting the Company.Major responsibilities are but not limited to:Conducting Audit & Inspection to ensure implementation of the Compliance Program conforming Guidelines set by Bangladesh Bank.Maintaining current knowledge of Laws and Regulations, keeping well-informed of recent changes.Responding administrative inquiries related to compliance issues or audits.Preparation and submission of reports as per requirements.Constant follow-up on the resolutions of audit findings.Others, as and when assigned.

∎ The mission of the ICCD is to provide a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and transparent governance processes. The scope of work in this Department is to determine whether FFIL's framework of risk management, control and governance processes, as designed and represented by management, is adequate and functioning in a manner to ensure:
