  1. Minimum educational qualification: A Level pass. The position allows you to work while pursuing an Honors degree, provided that work and university schedules are managed separately..

  2. Candidates with overseas education or an English-medium background will be given special priority.

  3. Preference will be given to those with prior customer service experience and a strong command of English.

  4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant websites and software.

We are currently seeking a motivated and efficient Customer Service Officer to join our team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We pride ourselves on outstanding customer satisfaction and are looking for a candidate with strong English communication skills to uphold our excellent service standards.

Working Hours: 09 AM to 07 PM (London time) / 2 PM to 12 AM (Bangladesh time)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

  2. Provide product information, pricing, and assist with order processing.

  3. Accurately maintain customer records in our database..

  4. Identify and escalate high-priority issues to the appropriate department.

  5. Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.

  6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

  7. Continuously update your knowledge of our products, services, and company policies.

  8. Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and market trends.
