• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory IT role.
• Expertise in programming, coding, and domain hosting.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, PHP, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Expertise in system administration, network management, and IT security protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft are advantageous.

Role Overview: As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all IT systems and services, ensuring optimal performance and security across our platforms. This role involves leading the IT support team, troubleshooting technical issues, and implementing strategies that align with our business objectives. Your primary focus will include managing domain hosting, handling programming tasks, and coding for web applications. 

Working Hours: 09 AM to 07 PM (London time) / 02 PM to 12 AM (Bangladesh time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and JavaScript.

• Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing applications.

• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Manage domain hosting and SSL.

• Handle cPanel and hPanel management.

• Lead and manage the IT team to deliver effective technical support and services.

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

• Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

• Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring the security and reliability of our IT infrastructure.

• Manage IT assets, including hardware, software, licenses, and vendor relationships.

• Collaborate with departments to address their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Plan and execute IT projects, including upgrades and the deployment of new technologies.

• Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Provide training and technical support to staff on IT-related matters.
