Additional Requirements:

  • Age 22 to 35 years
  • English fluency is must.
  • Candidates will have to be attractive and presentable.
  • Have a Decent typing speed.
  • Skilled in MS Office applications, standard computer efficiency and email communication.
  • Ability to work for long hours.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of informations and store accordingly in the company database.

  • Inform customers about our products and services. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.

  • Assist customers with product price and quality related issues. Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.

  • Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly if and when any issue arises.

  • Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.

  • Assist in present and promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers.

  • Work from the branches and assist customers to try our products if needed.

  • Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
