∎ To support our valued clients.
∎ Always be ready to serve customers linkage with company's core system.
∎ To handle inbound and outbound calls with solutions.
∎ Maintain data records and update data to serve internal and external customers.
∎ Be comfortable in dealing with all levels of people and queries to ensure business retention.
∎ Handle challenging situations with customers professionally and effectively.
∎ Be hardworking in stressful situation and long hours.
∎ Involvement in sales and marketing related functions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years

∎ Ability to work under Pressure.

∎ Must have good communication skills in both Bengali & English.
