• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• Honors / Masters / Students currently pursuing Honors / BBA / MBA / Graduation in any discipline.

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Interior Design

• Age 18 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Preferred fields: Telesales, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Real estate ,Call center ,Sales & Marketing departments is preferred.

• Students in the final year of undergraduate studies may apply

• Must be willing to undergo a probation period of at least 6 months (depending on performance)

Experience:

Job Responsibilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly and concisely explain complex information.

• Must be able to speak English fluently and confidently in both positive and challenging situations.

• Communicate and manage services for clients based in Singapore.

• As a Customer Research Officer, you will provide full service information to potential clients coming through our network and offer necessary counseling.

• Understand client demands, identify key information, research their issues and provide solutions or alternatives.

• Respond quickly to queries via digital platforms and communicate with international clients over the phone.

• Should maintain professional, polite, and proper phone etiquette.

• Salary: BDT 15,000 per month + Insensitive
