  • Prepare client proposals, reports, summaries, and follow-up documentation.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring timely project updates.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and requirements.

  • 1–3 years of experience in client management, customer service, account management, or a similar role.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (TAX , VAT) to ensure smooth service delivery.



Responsibilities & Context:

EMA Legal is seeking a Client Management Executive to maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure smooth communication, understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams, and conduct research to create high-quality content and reports..

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients through email, calls, meetings, and digital platforms and Resolve client queries, complaints, or issues professionally and promptly.

  • Maintain long-term co-operation and build trust with key client accounts.

  • Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and share updates with clients.

  • Conduct market and client research, analyze data, and create professional content, reports, and proposals to support management

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation.
