Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.

  • Identify caller needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide accurate solutions.

  • Document all interactions, updates, and resolutions in the system.

  • Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines where applicable.

  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/Subject Matter Experts as needed.

  • Participate in training, coaching, and quality assurance sessions.

  • Protect customer data and uphold privacy/security standards.
