Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and apps platforms.
  • Provide accurate information about Matrimonial BD's services and resolve customer queries.
  • Convert leads into successful sales through proactive follow-up and customer engagement.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, payments, and service details.
  • Assist with onboarding and registration of new clients.
  • Collect and document client feedback to improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for seamless service delivery.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the senior support team or supervisor.
  • Perform customer satisfaction calls to ensure service quality.
  • Ensure all communication is professional and aligned with company standards.
  • Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
