Responsibilities & Context: - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and apps platforms.
- Provide accurate information about Matrimonial BD's services and resolve customer queries.
- Convert leads into successful sales through proactive follow-up and customer engagement.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, payments, and service details.
- Assist with onboarding and registration of new clients.
- Collect and document client feedback to improve service quality.
- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless service delivery.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the senior support team or supervisor.
- Perform customer satisfaction calls to ensure service quality.
- Ensure all communication is professional and aligned with company standards.
- Execute any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
