Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service will be an added advantage.

  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.

  • Proficiency in handling phone calls, emails, and social media messages.

  • Patient, proactive, and positive attitude.

  • Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide professional customer service via phone calls, emails, and messages.

  • Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.

  • Provide accurate information about products and services to new and existing customers.

  • Receive customer orders and follow up accordingly.

  • Maintain and update customer database regularly.

  • Report customer feedback to management.

  • Coordinate with the internal team for seamless service delivery.

  • Manage inbound and outbound communication via social media platforms.
