Context: The Front Desk / Tele Sales Executive will play a key role in managing first-level client interactions, handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing accurate project information, and supporting the sales team in lead generation and follow-ups. This position requires strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to maintain a positive brand image of the company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and attend visitors professionally at the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and organized office environment

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, inquiries, and follow-ups related to real estate projects

  • Conduct tele sales activities to generate leads and schedule client visits and meetings

  • Provide accurate information about company projects, pricing, payment plans, and offers

  • Maintain and update client databases, call logs, and lead tracking records

  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to support promotional campaigns and client follow-ups

  • Assist in appointment scheduling for site visits, meetings, and sales discussions

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, SMS, WhatsApp and email.

  • Ensure proper documentation and handover of qualified leads to the sales team

  • Maintain confidentiality of company and client information at all times

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management as required for business operations
