We are looking for motivated and dynamic Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Real Estate Sales) who are passionate about sales, capable of leading a team, and willing to work actively in the field to achieve targets.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms, and cold calls.

• Conduct property showings, site visits, and client presentations.

• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Motivate, train, and guide sales executives to improve performance and productivity.

• Prepare and present sales proposals, brochures, and payment plans.

• Follow up regularly with leads to close sales.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-up.

• Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns, expos, and events

• Stay updated on company inventory, pricing, and market trends
