Responsibilities & Context:

Core Responsibilities of a Resort Sales Executive:

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Promote and sell resort rooms, event spaces, packages

  • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.

  • Upsell premium offerings to maximize revenue per booking.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients (corporate, wedding planners, travel agents).

  • Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up promptly.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends.

  • Analyze competitor pricing and promotional strategies.

  • Contribute to the development of sales and marketing strategies.

Event & Group Sales

  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments for weddings, conferences, and group bookings.

  • Prepare contracts, proposals, and banquet event orders (BEOs).

  • Ensure all group and event details are accurately communicated and executed.
