Experience:

Handle customer inquiries through the hotline promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and services.
Build strong relationships with customers by ensuring a positive, courteous, and solution-oriented experience at every interaction.
Follow up with customers before and after purchase to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback on products and services.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically, turning concerns into positive brand experiences for SWISH.
Receive service requests via the hotline and coordinate with the Customer Support team, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
Encourage potential customers to visit the showroom and guide them appropriately to relevant teams when required.
Keep customers informed about new products, updates, and company offerings to enhance engagement and trust.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager in support of customer satisfaction and brand excellence.
