Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle customer inquiries through the hotline promptly and professionally, providing accurate information on products, pricing, and services.

  • Build strong relationships with customers by ensuring a positive, courteous, and solution-oriented experience at every interaction.

  • Follow up with customers before and after purchase to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback on products and services.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and empathetically, turning concerns into positive brand experiences for SWISH.

  • Receive service requests via the hotline and coordinate with the Customer Support team, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.

  • Encourage potential customers to visit the showroom and guide them appropriately to relevant teams when required.

  • Keep customers informed about new products, updates, and company offerings to enhance engagement and trust.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and service requests.

  • Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the line manager in support of customer satisfaction and brand excellence.
