Position Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9 hours per day

Available Shifts:
Evening Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum has completed HSC or equivalent.
Current university students will get preference.
Priority will be given to candidates who have completed an Honours or a degree.
Proficient in basic computer usage (MS Word, Excel, Internet, Email, etc.).
Clear pronunciation and confidence in conversations.
Strong communication skills and team spirit.
Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly.
Previous experience in Customer Service/Call Center will be considered an advantage.
