  • 1–2 years’ experience in customer service or sales support (Interior/Home Décor industry preferred).

  • Strong communication skills (Bangla & English).

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and social media communication.

  • Professional attitude and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a smart, friendly, and well-organized Customer Relation Executive who will handle client communication, manage project updates, assist the sales/design team, and ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to project completion.

  • The ideal candidate must be confident, service-oriented, and able to represent the company professionally.

Location: Banasree, Rampura Dhaka-1219

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication & Follow-Up

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email.

  • Provide initial project information, service details, and pricing basics.

  • Maintain warm, professional communication with clients throughout the project.

  • Lead Handling & Conversion Support

  • Manage incoming leads from Facebook, website, referrals, etc.

  • Schedule site visits, showroom visits, or designer meetings.

  • Follow up with potential clients to increase conversion.

  • Project Coordination

  • Act as the communication bridge between clients and the design/project team.

  • Update clients about design progress, material selection, timelines, and changes.

  • Collect client requirements and share them clearly with the design team.

  • Customer Experience Management

  • Ensure every client receives professional, timely, quality communication.

  • Resolve small issues, misunderstandings, or concerns politely.

  • Track client satisfaction during and after project completion.

  • Documentation & Administrative Support

  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, agreements, and payment breakdowns.

  • Maintain records of all communications, follow-ups, and feedback.

  • Assist the sales team with presentation materials & documentation.
