Key Responsibilities:
Client Communication & Follow-Up
Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email.
Provide initial project information, service details, and pricing basics.
Maintain warm, professional communication with clients throughout the project.
Lead Handling & Conversion Support
Manage incoming leads from Facebook, website, referrals, etc.
Schedule site visits, showroom visits, or designer meetings.
Follow up with potential clients to increase conversion.
Project Coordination
Act as the communication bridge between clients and the design/project team.
Update clients about design progress, material selection, timelines, and changes.
Collect client requirements and share them clearly with the design team.
Customer Experience Management
Ensure every client receives professional, timely, quality communication.
Resolve small issues, misunderstandings, or concerns politely.
Track client satisfaction during and after project completion.
Documentation & Administrative Support
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, agreements, and payment breakdowns.
Maintain records of all communications, follow-ups, and feedback.
