We are now looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ As a Marketing Executive at The Design Advocate, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and services to both B2B and B2C audiences. This position involves a combination of strategic planning, and field marketing activities to drive growth and increase our market presence. You will play a vital role in generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our interior design and architectural services through B2B and B2C marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute marketing strategies to target both B2B and B2C clients
∎ Daily market visit, potential client hunting & meeting
∎ Identify and establish contact with potential customer
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients
∎ Deal with prospective clients
∎ Presenting company product and services to the clients
∎ Right attitudes for promoting company's service and brand image
∎ Collect leads from the field on daily basis
∎ Collect the image/photos of apartments that are newly build
∎ Any other duty assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least one year experience in marketing roles, with a focus on both B2B and B2C marketing
∎ Ability to understand Peoples and convince them accordingly
∎ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
∎ The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of extensive field visits
Salary: Negotiable
