We are now looking for a dynamic Telemarketing Executive to join our team and contribute to our growth.
∎ Position Overview:
∎ As a Telemarketing Executive at The Design Advocate, you will play a vital role in generating new leads, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our interior design and architectural services over phone.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and offerings
∎ Identify and qualify potential leads through effective communication and engagement
∎ Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
∎ Provide accurate information about our company and services to prospective clients
∎ Schedule appointments for our design consultants with interested clients
∎ Follow up with potential customers through phone to ensure a positive customer experience
∎ Maintain detailed records of all interactions
∎ Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with prospects
Additional Requirements:
∎ Currently enrolled in an ongoing university program
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to engage with potential clients and build rapport over the phone
∎ Strong work ethic and self-motivation
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
