Location: 145, Saleh Sadan, Motijheel, Dhaka
Duration: 3–6 months
Role & Responsibilities:
- Talk to customers via phone & WhatsApp
- Assist with orders, delivery & payment queries
- Convert Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to Card/Online payment
- Generate fresh sales via tele-sales
- Be the voice of a growing online brand
