Responsibilities & Context:
Welcomes Patients and Attendants by greeting, answering questions, responding to requests. with appropriate manners & curtsy
Ensure effective and smooth co-ordination all Customer care related operational activities.
Guide the patients regarding Hospital Facilities & Rules.
Provide information on different services & tariffs and convince patients to avail the services from the Hospital facilities.
Handle visitors in a proper and polite manners.
Receiving customer queries and forwarding them to the concerned department.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
Provide personalized services for all types of patients.
Maintain confidentiality of patient records and sensitive information.
Cooperation Collaborate with other departments for seamless patient care.
