• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• Age 25 to 35 years

• Supervise, mentor, and guide Medical Officers in their duties.

• Attend all admitted patients promptly and ensure proper assessment treatments, documentation, and timely follow-up.

•  Review patients’ conditions periodically and take necessary Treatments as per consultants’ advice.

•  Respond to emergency calls from wards, evaluate patients, and initiate immediate management when required.

• Ensure accurate and timely completion of discharge procedures, including discharge note, medication lists, case Summary, patient counseling.

• Accompany consultants during daily rounds and ensure all clinical findings, instructions, treatment plans are properly recorded.

•  Implement consultant orders accurately and follow up to verify proper execution.

•  Maintain continuous communication with concerned consultants regarding investigation reports & any changes in patients’ conditions.

• Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date patient medical records in Software and Patient File.

•  Ensure proper handover of patient updates to the next medical officer during shift changes.

• Brief patient and their attendants about diagnosis, treatment plans, procedures, and progress as required.

•  Ensure smooth coordination with nursing teams, diagnostic units, support services.

• Report any critical incidents, patient deterioration or unusual events to the consultant and hospital authority.

•  Participate in clinical meetings, Board Meeting, training sessions as required.
