Language Skills: 

·         English: Excellent proficiency in speaking and writing English fluently.

·         Ability to work under pressure and in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly and effectively via phone, email, and live chat.

·         Provide customers with accurate and detailed information about products or services.

·         Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.

·         Accurately record customer service information in the system.
