∎ To handle inbound and outbound calls with solutions.
∎ Maintain data records and update data to serve internal and external customers.
∎ Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people and queries to ensure business retention.
∎ Handle challenging situations with customers professionally and effectively.
∎ Hardworking in stressful situation and long hours.
∎ To maintain proper documentation and report accordingly with values and compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under Pressure.
∎ Smart & Presentable
∎ Must have good communication skills in both Bengali & English.
