Educational Requirements:
∎ Undergraduate or master's degree in communications, journalism, public relationsm or related field from any UGC-approved university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish an effective internal communication strategy with the aim of ensuring that all internal communication appropriately reflects the aspired organizations culture, and values and influence employee engagement
∎ Drive continuous pulse check initiatives and employee engagement surveys and coordinate the action planning across all functions and ensure implementation of the action plans
∎ Ensure that all internal communications are in sync with relevant external communication and fits into the overall communication strategy
∎ Actively drive the organizational process of implementing company values and vision and facilitate building and adherence to the corporate culture through effectively planned communications
∎ Lead and drive the digital platforms and channels of internal communication with relevant content and innovate new methods and platforms for engaging employees
∎ Plan and organize employee-participated events through effective collaboration with the concerned internal and external stakeholders utilizing physical, virtual, and hybrid event modalities as appropriate.
∎ Coordinate with the necessary stakeholders to produce and disseminate effective communication for cultural transformation, change management, crisis management and mitigation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 6-8 years' experience in corporate communications, internal communications, culture and values, employee engagement or public relations
∎ Expert oral, writing, and editorial experience in a corporate setting
∎ Exceptional writing skills are a must and an eye for quality control and consistency in messaging and written materials
∎ Good presentation Skills
∎ Ability to communicate clearly, effective messages that enhance and promote the mission, goals, and business objectives and help engage the audiences
∎ Ability to build relationships throughout the company and collaborate with others to accomplish objectives; understand the corporate culture to respond to communication needs
∎ Ability to research, tailor, and produce editorial content for target audiences
∎ An understanding of integrated communications programs that include the use of HTML, web, social, print, video, audio/podcasts, and event
∎ Ability to create dynamic communication products that inform, engage, and drive return audience participation or use
∎ Ability to manage event management agencies for managing employee engagement events and communication
