∎ Academic Qualification- B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering or EEE. Job Experience Required- 8+ years of experience in DWH, Big-data and BI solution operation in Telecom industry - Experience on Operation, Administration, Deployment, Documentation, Project Tracking, Incident and Change Management & Quality Assurance Required Capabilities - Result driven & customer focused mind-set. - Good understanding on IT Service Management (ITIL), RDBMS, Linux, ETL tool, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, programming Language for data processing (SQL, Python, Shell Scripting) - Well organized, Team player and able to prioritize/delegate workload. - Strong analytical ability and Problem-Solving Approach - Strong Interpersonal, negotiation and client-handling skills - Flexible and positive attitude towards engagement and business urgency even beyond business hours. - Ability to understand and execute management direction.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Description - Manage and oversee the Administration and operations control of Data Warehouse and Big-data applications (CDP-Cloudera, Airflow, Informatica, MicroStrategy, Kubernetes & Docker) of Banglalink. -
∎ Lead & Manage team and plan for engagement, training, goal & performance management. -
∎ Plan & ensure on time upgradation, patching, modernization, and migration of the DWH & Big-data application. -
∎ Assure timely completion of regular data operation (ETL) in accordance with SLAs, KPIs and proper data quality. -
∎ Collaborate with Project and internal team for DWH, Big-data development project delivery and deployment. -
∎ Maintain change management with required documentation. -
∎ Ensure practice and compliance to standardization processes (ISO, VAPT, SOX) and relevant audit for the services. -
∎ Interact with Partner for regular support, periodic service review and contractual obligation. -
∎ Ensure capacity plan, budgeting and execute the same for DWH & Big-data service. -
∎ Analyze impacts on DWH, Big-data systems due to changes in technology and eco systems. -
∎ Identify potential areas for improvement, implement data management policies to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
