Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA /Business Graduate from any UGC approved University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive activities in line with internal communication strategy ensuring that all internal communication appropriately reflects the aspired organization culture, values and influence employee engagement.
∎ Ensure that all internal communications are in sync with relevant external communication and fits into overall communication strategy.
∎ Drive the digital platforms and channels of internal communication with relevant contents and innovate new methods and platforms for engaging employees.
∎ Rollout employee participated events through effective collaboration with the concerned internal and external stakeholders utilizing physical, virtual and hybrid event modality as appropriate.
∎ Perform continuous scanning of internal and external environmental risk related to employee relations and closely monitor any development on the issues related to employee relations.
∎ Carryout internal gap assessment and compliance audit in relation to labour law and drive corrective action for mitigation of risk.
∎ Maintain Liaison with external stakeholders related to Labour and Employment
∎ Manager end to end disciplinary and grievance management process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ BBA /Business Graduate from any UGC approved University
∎ Minimum 2/3 years working experience.
∎ Experience in any Telecom industry will be preferred
∎ Required Capabilities- Ability to communicate clear, effective messages that enhance and promote the mission, goals, and business objectives and help engage the audiences
∎ Good presentation Skills
∎ An understanding of integrated communications programs that include the use of HTML, web, social, print, video, audio/podcasts, and events
∎ Ability to create dynamic communication products that inform, engage, and drive return audience participation or use
∎ Sound knowledge and Proficiency in developing digital contents for in-house communication channels
∎ Sound knowledge on labor law knowledge
∎ Sound understanding on Employee relations activities
∎ Sound knowhow of conflict resolution, grievance and disciplinary management
∎ Sound knowhow of Stakeholder Management
