Responsibilities & Context:
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our retail sales team on a contractual basis to support our new business ventures. The ideal candidates will be passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct sales and assist customers within the showroom.
Perform outdoor visits for sales and marketing activities.
Coordinate to ensure on-time delivery as per customer demand.
Assist in maintaining showroom inventory.
Help in maintaining overall housekeeping of the showroom.
Participate in cost-control initiatives.
Engage in daily outdoor marketing activities to promote products.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales service.
Continuously improve product knowledge and participate in reporting and analysis as required.
