• Ability to work strategically and collaboratively in a team environment.

This role is central to driving the success of our product categories by managing the entire product lifecycle—from sourcing and supplier relations to pricing, promotion, and inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective category strategies to drive sales and profitability.

• Source new products and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure optimal terms and reliable supply.

• Formulate competitive pricing strategies and design impactful promotional plans.

• Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess stock and out-of-stock situations.

• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

• Collaborate with the store/merchandising team to ensure effective product placement and visual presentation.

• Maintain high standards of product quality and ensure all products meet company specifications.

• Continuously review and improve category performance, processes, and product assortments.
