• Strong leadership and supervision skills.

• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

• Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.

To support our expanding business operations on a contractual basis, we are seeking energetic and target-oriented Showroom In-Charges. The role involves overall supervision of showroom activities, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily showroom operations and drive sales targets.

• Ensure timely delivery of products as per customer requirements.

• Maintain and manage showroom inventory levels.

• Handle and reconcile daily selling cash.

• Prepare and analyze weekly reports on ageing, non-moving, slow-moving, and overstocked items and take action for liquidation.

• Monitor and control housekeeping standards within the showroom.

• Drive initiatives for cost control and optimal human resource utilization.

• Conduct daily outdoor marketing activities to generate leads.

• Ensure high-quality after-sales service to customers.

• Supervise showroom staff and provide regular reporting and analysis to management.
