• Previous work as a Sales Associate, Sales Executive, or similar retail role will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Ability to handle multiple showrooms and manage field operations.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through effective team and showroom management.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Maintain strong product knowledge to support sales activities.

• Manage inventory and ensure smooth cash management in showrooms.

• Implement visual merchandising and maintain showroom appearance.

• Support showroom sales team through training, guidance, and motivation.

• Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
