Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 18 to 33 years
  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service/CRM is preferred (Freshers can apply if skilled).
  • Excellent communication skills (Bangla required, English is a plus).
  • Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
  • Must be patient, positive, and customer-friendly.
  • Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.


Responsibilities & Context:

The Company is one of the fastest-growing beauty retail brands in Bangladesh, offering authentic skincare and makeup with a premium, personalized shopping experience. We are expanding rapidly and looking for a talented CRM Executive to strengthen our customer experience journey.

Duty Time: 10 AM – 8 PM

Work Days: 6 days a week

  • Handle customer queries through phone, Facebook inbox, comments, WhatsApp & other channels.
  • Provide accurate product information and skincare/makeup guidance (training will be provided).
  • Manage order confirmations, follow-ups, complaints, and return/exchange cases.
  • Maintain customer logs, feedback data & CRM dashboard.
  • Coordinate with outlet & warehouse teams for smooth operations.
  • Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and loyalty.
  • Identify customer issues and escalate important cases to management.
  • Support sales campaigns, membership programs, and promotional activities.
