Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparation of rescheduling, settlement, and write-off memos in line with relevant BRPD Circulars and the bank's internal policies.
∎ Maintain detailed records of approvals and rejections, ensuring proper documentation of execution or non-execution status.
∎ Update and manage the Kaccha Register for written-off accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Prepare comprehensive reports for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring they meet required standards.
∎ Summarize branch reports and perform in-depth analyses to support departmental objectives.
∎ Stay informed on industry trends and incorporate best practices into reporting processes.
∎ Respond to daily internal and external correspondence with precision and ensure timely submission.
∎ Maintain a record of all correspondence for audit and operational purposes.
∎ Work closely with team SAMD team members to achieve organizational goals and provide support for recovery efforts.
∎ Execute any additional responsibilities assigned by management as needed.
