Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate, review and demonstrate successful extension of company strategy into winning direction. Formulate and review Guidelines for effective implementation of company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of the resources
∎ Review, diagnose and develop the strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization
∎ Lead, coordinate and represent the company at legislatives sessions, committee meetings and at formal functions, national and international constituencies
∎ Plan, develop, and establish policies and objectives of business organization in accordance with Board of Directors' directives and group executive management committee
∎ Establish an effective leadership team to lead and drive the organization to achieve strategic goals and objectives, company mission and vision, operational excellence
∎ Drive the Key initiatives of Health & Safety, Environment, Quality and Corporate Social Responsibilities that align with company operational objectives, strategy and international best practices
