  • Professional certification in Accounting (CIMA, ICMAB) completed or in progress is desirable.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in bids and tendering, with strong program management expertise in the telecommunications sector.

  • Proficient in planning, monitoring, and controlling bid processes and sales programs.

  • Skilled in negotiation, strategic business planning, and delivering impactful presentations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.



Responsibilities & Context:

Oversee in-country bids and proposals, manage offers through pricing reviews and facilitate the NTC decision process. Collaborate with Account Managers to craft offer strategies, ensuring NTC management approval before submission for Central Pricing Committee endorsement.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist the end-to-end bid management lifecycle, ensuring timely, high-quality, and commercially viable proposals.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate offer preparation, governance, and Central Pricing Committee (CPC) approvals before submission.

  • Support Account Managers in developing offer strategies, including bid structuring, timelines, technical consolidation, costing, pricing, and Central Pricing Committee (CPC) documentation.

  • Assist in offer defense, negotiations, and finalizing Central Pricing Committee (CPC) papers in case of variances.

  • Partner with Legal and Contract teams to draft and review contract documents.

  • Coordinate new product development initiatives with Group and NTC teams, including customer Proof of Concepts.

  • Provide regular reporting on bid and proposal progress to management.

  • Manage stakeholder communication across NTC to ensure alignment.

  • Analyze business trends and opportunities to support commercial growth.

  • Plan and manage annual sales and marketing promotion budgets.

  • Contribute to the design and execution of commercial strategies.
