• Minimum 20 years of experience in telecom, infrastructure, or related sectors, with proven senior leadership roles.

• Strong background in leading engineering and operations teams to drive efficiency, compliance, and performance excellence.

• Proven expertise in delivering engineering-driven solutions that enhance customer value and business outcomes.

• Experience in managing relationships with customers, regulators, and key industry stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to align local engineering strategies with group-wide technical direction and vision.
