• We are seeking an experienced and operationally strong leader to oversee performance across assigned Business Circles. This role will ensure high network availability, safety compliance, efficient field operations, and strong vendor governance while maintaining effective collaboration with customers, regulators, and local stakeholders.

• The incumbent will drive operational excellence by managing site rollout and acquisition activities, handling escalations, ensuring SLA compliance, and maintaining financial control at the circle level. Working closely with central technical and commercial teams, the role will monitor KPIs, improve service performance, and ensure readiness for emergency and crisis situations — strengthening EDOTCO’s reputation as a reliable telecom infrastructure partner nationwide.
