• At least 20 years

• Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in telecom, infrastructure, regulatory affairs, or property management, with proven senior leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated success in government relations, regulatory management, and property/site negotiations.
• Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics while safeguarding organizational interests.
• Recognized as a credible, ethical, and respected leader in corporate and regulatory affairs.

We are looking for a visionary leader to join EDOTCO Bangladesh as Director, Regulatory Affairs & Property Management. This critical role will drive regulatory strategy, property portfolio management, and government engagement to safeguard EDOTCO’s license to operate and enable nationwide infrastructure growth. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in telecom regulations, site acquisition, and stakeholder relations, with the ability to influence policy, manage complex property negotiations, and reinforce EDOTCO’s reputation as a trusted partner in advancing Bangladesh’s digital connectivity.
