ASHRAE standards (HVAC design and energy efficiency)
NFPA codes (Fire Protection and Life Safety Systems)
IPC / UPC/ ASPE (Plumbing systems)
IMC (Mechanical systems)
NEC / CEC (Electrical systems)
Familiarity with local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements is an advantage
Highly Preferred Experience & Qualifications
The following will be strongly recognized and prioritized:
Experience working abroad, particularly in Singapore or the Middle East
Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems designed under USA, Canadian, and international standards
Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services) with strong Revit expertise
Direct involvement in MEP and Sprinkler design, including construction administration
Experience in medium & large-scale residential, commercial, and healthcare projects
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled MEP Design Manager with strong technical expertise in BIM and CAD environments to support the design and construction of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Revit MEP, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD, with a solid understanding of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems designed in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Client & Project Location
All projects are for clients based in the United States and Canada. All design and drafting work will be developed and delivered in accordance with USA and Canadian templates, codes, standards, and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate MEP drawings and BIM models using Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Develop coordinated MEP layouts for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems
Apply relevant codes and standards throughout design and documentation
Utilize Autodesk Construction Cloud for document control, coordination, and collaboration
Support MEP and Sprinkler design development through construction documentation
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and design issues
Assist in construction administration, shop drawing review, and as-built documentation
Maintain drawing registers, schedules, and reports using applicable software
Train and manage junior drafters
