Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise day-to-day operational activities

  • Ensure smooth execution of workflows schedules and processes.

  • Monitor operational performance against KPIs and service standards.

  • Manage operational staff deployment, supervision, and productivity.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

  • Prepare review and submit operational reports to management.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Monitor operational costs and support cost-control initiatives.

  • Maintain proper documentation, record-keeping, and reporting.

  • Identify routine operational issues and implement corrective actions.

  • Conduct team meetings and performance follow-ups.

  • Lead process improvements, operational efficiency, and reengineering initiatives.

  • Manage operational risks crises and emergency situations.

  • Develop and update operational policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

  • Support new project implementation organizational expansion and change management initiatives.
