Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Lead motivate and monitor the sales team to ensure high productivity and target achievement.

  • Manage end-to-end sales activities including lead generation site visits negotiation and deal closure.

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns (digital, print, outdoor, exhibitions, and roadshows).

  • Coordinate project launches promotions and branding activities to increase market visibility.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients brokers and channel partners.

  • Analyze market trends customer behavior and competitor activities to support pricing and positioning.

  • Ensure effective follow-up of leads and maintain accurate CRM and sales pipeline data.

  • Handle key corporate and high-value clients and support complex negotiations.

  • Prepare sales forecasts MIS reports and performance analysis for management review.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, legal, engineering, customer service) to ensure smooth sales operations.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction timely collections and strong post-sales relationship management.
