Experience:

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Technical Infrastructure, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Power, Fire Fighting and Safety, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Diploma in Civil

• 3 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Real Estate, Technical Infrastructure, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Power, Fire Fighting and Safety, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas

• Age 21 to 35 years
• Only Male

• Assist in the supervision of on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.

• Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and review cost estimates.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.

• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.

• Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordinate with the Contractor to ensure on time delivery of necessary materials.

• Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise on site.

• Monitor & ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.

• Any others task assigned by management.
