About the Role:  We are looking for a Civil Engineer with a minimum 05 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, structural design, and overseeing construction activities of a foreign-aided project. Must have excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while coordinating effectively with the team members.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review design plans, detailed drawings, and technical specifications for various civil engineering projects.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and attend meetings with foreign consultants to ensure project requirements.
• Preparation of proposals, feasibility studies, BOQ and project reports.
• Use software such as AutoCAD, ETABS for project analysis and design.
• Supervise ongoing construction activities and provide technical support to the project team.
• Review contractor submissions, including shop drawings, material submittals and method statements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project progress reports and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations throughout project development and execution.
• Conduct site visits (all over Bangladesh) if required to monitor progress & address technical challenges.
