Responsibilities & Context:
Independently handle architectural design tasks from concept to final presentation.
Prepare layout plans, working drawings, 3D visualizations and presentation sheets.
Develop creative and functional designs in line with client requirements and project goals.
Collaborate with the engineering and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors as needed.
Maintain project documentation and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
Utilize AI-powered applications (e.g ChatGPT,Midjourney,Veras) for concept generation, rendering and design documentation.
