Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the supervision of on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with designs, specifications, and safety regulations.
Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and review cost estimates.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of works.
Prepare the monthly materials requirement status and co-ordinate with the Contractor to ensure on time delivery of necessary materials.
Identify and resolve technical issues that may arise on site.
Monitor & ensure the quality and quantity for all types of structural and finishing materials.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
Any others task assigned by management.
